Beginner Security Giants Chad Jones Was Seriously Injured In Crash:New York Giants rookie safety of Chad Jones is in hospital in critical condition after breaking his leg in an accident one car in the morning in New Orleans, WWL-TV.
Johns arteries and nerves were exposed in the accident, which occurred around 6 am New Orleans time WWL said, citing unnamed officials. Jones, who played football in college of the University of Louisiana, was in surgery at 10:15 am, the station said.

Giants selected Jones in the third round of the National Football League draft in April. It was also designed Houston Astros in the 13 th round of the 2007 MLB draft, and again in the 50 tour this year.
Jones, 21, played the Bowl Championship Series LSU national title-winning soccer team in the 2007 season as a freshman, and the Tigers on National Collegiate Athletic Association baseball championship as a sophomore in 2009.
The Giants are collecting information on incidents and declined to comment, the representative team Pat Hanlon said in an e-mail.
