Lindsay Lohan appeared to use nails to send someone a special message during his trial hearing in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.

The punishment handed down by Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, will keep Lohan from promoting "Machete," the film by Robert Rodriguez on the screens in September.
It will also delay production on the "Inferno: Linda Lovelace Story", in which she plays a major role in the famous porn star.
Written and directed by Matthew Wilder said after the verdict that he and his team are "100 per cent for Lindsay."
Lohan is likely to serve less than its 90-day sentence, according to the sheriff of Los Angeles Department spokesman Steve Whitmore, who said non-violent offenses female offenders typically serve about 25 percent of their sentences.
Lohan will serve his time at the Century Regional Detention Center - the same jail where Paris Hilton was in for 23 days in 2007 after she was found guilty of driving on a suspended license and probation in alcohol-related, reckless driving case.
