So did all notice different today? It was subtle, small and persistent.
Did you hear that? It's the sound of silence. Or at least the absence of blah, blah, blah, created by the ad campaign.
Tuesday was Election Day. For those of you who forgot, we can explain why. My colleague Johnathan Kastner, speaking on behalf of all students, painfully put in last Wednesday's column: "We do not intend to vote in record numbers. Not now, not ever."
By the way, if you have not read his column, to turn to page 4. It is usually more fun that way than mine.
But in light of the elections again, I would like to congratulate the elected representative (fill in the blank), governor-elect (fill in the blank, again), and Senator-elect (receiving process). And a good attempt cordial to everyone else.
You see, I'm writing this before the results come out. And I'm, frankly, too lazy to stay and integrate them into my column.
But what I can do is give a very brief history of elections past seasons, the more exciting the worst mistakes.
