School Closings In Michigan Due To Bad Weather Condition

Harford and Baltimore schools have responded to the heavy rains and weather conditions in the region with closures and delays. Public Schools stated that Harford County Havre de Grace Elementary School closed early at 9:40 am "due to deteriorating weather conditions".
We now understand that all secondary schools will close at 11 am, noon middle schools and primary schools at 1pm.

The school closure is the owner of the road closures by the Harford County Sheriff's Office.
Extreme weather, which produced 2 to 4 inches of rain during the night was caused by Tropical Storm Nicole, and more rain is expected today.
