Whenever there is a crime committed against women is gaining ground in the media, you better believe that all life is ready and willing to make a movie about it. The network of women has shifted its focus to the Internet with the "based on a true story" according to Craigslist's murderer. The film will air Monday night (tonight) at 9 pm, check out the trailer below ...
If you've been living under a rock and have no idea who or what the murderer of Craigslist is going to bring up to speed. The story centers around Philip Markoff, the "medical student at Boston University, charged with the murder of 2009 of Julissa Brisman, a masseuse who is said to have met with an appointment through Craigslist." Markoff has pleaded innocent to the charges and is set to go on trial this month, but committed suicide in his jail cell last August.
The film adaptation stars William Baldwin doing the best that no nonsense cop routine, Agnes Bruckner (what happened to his career?) and Jake McDormand as the title character. This movie will not remember those old movies NBC Monday night? Those were the days.
