TheDirty.com is a website that was founded by Nik Richie's husband, Shayne Lamas, who is the daughter of Lorenzo Lamas. The Dirty also happens to be a website where people can "ground plate" in college students and older adolescents. Nik Richie Dr. Phil scolded today for his contribution to the problem of bullying. Cyber-bullying has become a big problem, and has contributed to the deaths of so many teenagers and young adults, including Brian Halligan, Megan Myer, Clementi Tyler, and Witsell Hope, to name a few. Founder Nik Richie admits that the main point of The Dirty is "getting up people."
But there's a fine line between someone getting a raise, and cyber-bullying.
