Tonight Pacquiao And Antonio Margarito Fight 2010

There are some simple things in line with Manny Pacquiao fight tonight against Antonio Margarito. When the fight starts from the Cowboys Stadium around 11:30 am & mdash after a lot of accumulation during the period that begins when HBO Pay-Per-View at 9:00 Eastern time and Pacquiao and Margarito get in the ring - for the WBC super welterweight title. It is one of the last logical Pacquiao fights before long rumored mega-fight between Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, because Margarito is a chance for redemption after a race marred by a suspension for charging gloves.
But as to what really is at stake, beyond the tangible? Boxing wise Avi Shoefly "Korine does a good job of explaining it - and why Manny Pacquiao is encouraging:

In the same way that is transfixing to watch a nature show with a bird of prey in the fall, a leopard to give chase, or more apt in this context, a majestic horse racing - Secratariat off the tracks, while spectators in the stands crying, that's what Pacquiao is for me. A human body refined and adapted to an end. I can not emphasize enough what is a rare, perfect is a real joy for us and mixing bowls staggering about in the mud, those of us that the moments of integrity is so rare and profound in our lives that often only spoken in a religious context or filtered with drugs.

Pacquiao is a fullness of being that is rare and special, I call inspiration. A gift from the void that only the selection is and is a blessing and a joy to watch.

And Margarito? Well, it's something else. I've always found it impossible to see and unfriendly, a rebuke to the way they try to justify and filter and enjoy the blood lust of this cruel sport. For people like me that is important to build filters of narrative and deeper subtexts sport that goes way beyond the blood and bone and moves in history and humanity and art and unstoppable forward march of progress.
