Adriana Nicole Martin, an aspiring model, was found dead in the home of St. Louis of the ex-CEO of Anheuser-Busch, August Busch IV.
There were no signs of illness or trauma, said St. Louis County administrator forensic Suzanne McCune.
An autopsy was conducted, reports CBS News. Toxicology results are expected to take four to six weeks.
A Frontenac police statement said the department received an emergency call Saturday afternoon about an "unresponsive person"in the house.
Martin, 27, died when the paramedics and the officers arrived, the statement said.
The press release did not say whether the death was considered suspicious, or why the news of death was not announced until four days later.
Advocate Busch, the art of Margulis, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that Martin and Busch, 46, had been dating for at least a year.
Busch, 46, was chief executive of Anheuser-Busch from 2006 to the maker of Budweiser, Bud Light and other beers was acquired by InBev in 2008.
