Laguna Beach flooding, Silverado Modjeska Under The Flood

After the reopening of the Coastal Highway, hopefully, before the rush hour traffic out, officials have said they will work on getting Forest Avenue, Broadway Avenue Sea and the beach road open.

Early in Modjeska, Silverado and Santiago canyons were evacuated due to landslides.
