According to divorce papers, irreconcilable differences have been cited as reasons for separation. First couple separated in October 2009 before the official divorce Tuesday.

News about the divorce comes just a day after Donovan, 28, announced he would not travel to Europe this winter for a short term loan, as it did in 2009 with Everton. There have been rumors that one of the reasons why Donovan was sitting in his house was an attempt to work things out with Bianca, but the news on Tuesday to put that speculation to rest.
Donovan asked the wife of Kajlich and he is also trying to stop the court's ability to award spousal support to her and ask her to cover her attorney fees.
