Maryland Staged Terror Is Real

This was the week of conspiracy theories, so I really could not have done otherwise. Reports of two explosions at the headquarters of the Maryland Department of Transportation in Hanover and a government building in Annapolis are making their way around the Internets.
Two packages apparently exploded, one in each building.
The blasts are said to have been small and is mailed and the explosion was a little smoke, an explosion and a flame.
Now, many wonder if this is a real threat or if the FBI phased ... let the conspiracy theories begin!
