People's Choice Awards air tonight on CBS and serve as the kickoff to a busy awards season. People's Choice Awards are the only awards where the winners are decided entirely by fan balloting. They have a lot of categories of interest, so I wanted to take a minute to cover the Favorite Male Artist and I predict he will win. (Eminem)
Best Male is a music award and the nominees are Eminem, Enrique Iglesias, Michael Buble, Tim McGraw and Usher. I think that Tim McGraw will receive a little love how country fans as it is the only country act on this list, but I think this is the category of Eminem. I had a great album last year which led to a pair of hits and popular music videos. I can not see anyone else in this category will be denied the grant.
There are many categories of Choice Awards this year 2,011 people may not air at all, but I think these two should be in the air because they are full of big names so no matter who wins, it will be a great name familiar person and that is what this show is about, bringing the stars to the fans. Tune in Wednesday night at 9 pm on CBS to see all the prizes awarded.
