This must be the strangest story of the day, if not the year! A mystery missile launch took place near Los Angeles last night. The object was video recorded by a new helicopter of the CBS affiliate, KCBS. The mystery missile seems to have originated about 35 miles off the southern coast of California near Catalina Island. The Pentagon is perplexed and so are we. In the video below, the object is pretty much what one would see if a solid fuel missile is launched.
