Lindsay Lohan Again Assault Case at Rehab

Just a few weeks from completion of the court stay at Betty Ford Center, Lindsay Lohan is being investigated by police after allegedly assaulting workers at the clinic.

Palm Desert police investigated the battery on the scene around 1:00 on December 12. "Persecution desired," says Sgt. Joe Borja County Sheriff's Department, Riverside. "The incident being investigated as a misdemeanor."

A source close to Lindsay Lohan, 24, says the actress denies touch a woman in the first place. Lindsay Lohan allegedly abused the officer for the return of the past curfew, having spent the evening at a local bar, TMZ reports.

It is unknown whether she drank, Betty Ford Center regularly test patients for alcohol and drugs.

Sergeant Borja explains that no arrest was made because the incident did not occur before the officer.

Lindsay Lohan, 24, was in Rancho Mirage, Calif., facility since September 28 and was ordered by Judge Beverly Hills to stay there until at least Jan. 3.

Remains whether the incident will be considered a violation of conditions of probation Lindsay Lohan, arising out of its current case of DUI. violation can send her back to jail.

As of Tuesday, the Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Elden Fox, who control its affairs, had not been notified, according to a court source said.
