Levon Helm to Play Online at The Time of Initiation in The last Stages of Cancer Battle

While wrestling with advanced cancer, Levon Helm hear directly from her fans.

The day after the helmet's wife and daughter said, a former member of the group joined in the final stages of cancer, his manager, Barbara O'Brien provided an update: he reads the message from fans online facebook and dedication to the bar.

"I know that Levon is a feeling that he is loved and will guide them through this last trip ... you are in fact people with class and Levon thinks that the world is you. Pain, knowing that we will loss a little too much for all of us to be more. But it can not be on the United States. This in honor of the dignity of this great man, and privacy. We will send the love, positive energy, lots of light and words of support and comfort. Keep sending large messages. I read them all yourself. "

Meanwhile, former colleagues helmet offer their love and support of their friends.

Musician Garth Hudson, as well as a founding member of the group paid tribute on his website.

"I'm too sad words right now," Hudson wrote. "Please continue to pray for Levon and the family."

During the induction speech Saturday at the Rock 'n' roll ceremony in Cleveland, his former colleague Helm Robbie Robertson sent his "prayers and love" for a drummer.

Helm was diagnosed with throat cancer in 1998, but it did not prevent him from playing and recording albums.

In 2007 his solo album, "Dirt Farmer," and in 2009 "Electric Dirt" and won a Grammy.

In recent years, Helm spent the next series of intimate jam session titled "Midnight Ramble" at his home in Woodstock, New York, he often had guests and family members with him on the stage show, which will be in the early morning hours.

He often toured with Levon Helm Band, but was recently forced to cancel several concerts, including performances at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival this month.

The band released their first album "Music From Big Pink", in 1968 and eventually will produce seven versions, including a live recording in 1972. Helm's voice could be heard on such classics as "weight", "Cripple Creek Up" and "The Night they drove Old Dixie Down". It was part of the critics in 1976 farewell concert, "The Last Waltz," which was filmed by director Martin Scorsese. The concert was attended by a variety of musical heavyweights, including Muddy Waters, Ringo Starr, Bob Dylan and Eric Clapton.

Rolling Stone, called the helmet one of the 100 greatest singers of all time. In 2008, the Recording Academy awarded him the prize for lifetime achievement in the original group. That same year, the artist received the helmet Americana Music Association of the Year honor.

As an actor, the helmet has appeared in several films, including "Miner's Daughter", "Fire Down Below" and "Gunner".
