Danielle Chiesi

The woman who insisted on insider trading was as good as sex was a surprise guilty plea Wednesday.
Danielle Chiesi, 45, the voluptuous blonde in the center of the fraud investigation spectacular galleon, admitted that he conspired to use non-public information to make better trades to his former employer, New Castle Bear Stearns Funds.
"Your honor, this declaration of guilt causes me great pain," said Judge Richard Holwell.
"I am deeply ashamed of what I did. When you cross the line on those occasions, I ruined a 20-year career in my field," he said. "I have brought discredit to what was an honorable profession."
Prosecutors said it earned $ 1.7 million in illegal profits.
Chiesi was charged in October 2009 along with founder Raj Rajaratnam Galleon and another two dozen in a hedge fund $ 50,000,000 in the case of trade - the largest in history.
"By sharing and conspiracy to insider trading, Chiesi committed firms that sold and distorted the market for their shares," said U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara.
Chiesi, wearing a black pantsuit with long platinum hair tied in a bun, pleaded to three counts that could get his 15 years as his mother, sister and two nieces watched from the gallery.
The agreement, which the defense lawyer Alan Kaufman calls "a guilty plea up," not required to testify against Rajaratnam.
Fortune Chiesi calling a "force of nature", said he was not in it for the money, but the sexual fever, and who once said that trade within the information was "like an orgasm."
More than a dozen others, including an IBM executive who allegedly gave inside information Cheisi during an adventure, have pleaded guilty in the case.
