Is Facebook Shutting Down?Big Rumor Of 2011

It is not clear how it started, but a ridiculous rumor that Facebook is closing is rapidly spreading in social networks.
The hot rumor - as evidenced by Google Trends and gaining followers in Twitter - that the March 15, 2011, Facebook is closed. Do not take a day off, no maintenance, but ends up completely.
The rumor has led to frantic tweets such as Facebook will be the end of March 2011? Hope not! " (@ MissAyl) and "So the rumor is Facebook is closing .... please do not jump on twitter and ruin my social networking experience" (@ jjelksboss).
Facebook users are also concerned. Says one: "Facebook is shutting down on March 15, 2011 for good D: Is there any way we can stop this !?!?" And a group has already begun to stop off Facebook.
Ironically, Yahoo announced last month that his "Yahoo Video" to close on the date in question, March 15, 2011, and videos can be seen for the last time on 14 March. But that does not mean that you are taking the rest of the Internet is down with it.
A few days ago, an opinion article published on CNN, said the recent Goldman Sachs was the "beginning of the end" on Facebook. That message was disseminated to over 5,000 Facebook "likes" and could be partly to blame for the panic that followed.
Whatever the reason for this rumor, it is safe to say that as a site with more than 500 million users and an investment of $ 500 million of Goldman Sachs recently, Facebook does not close in the short term.
