Lynsi Murley has received "some justice" for allegedly having her breasts exposed during a body search at the airport in Texas, according to his lawyer.
Murley, 24, sued the Administration of Transportation Safety for negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress due to the incident in May 2008.
It has been revealed today that it will receive a "nominal" payment by the government as part of a legal agreement, reports The Smoking Gun.
Murley noted his complaint was "noted for advanced search procedures," at the airport in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Is a suspected agent of the TSA recorded her and "pulled the shirt of the applicant all the way down, revealing the complainant's breasts to everyone in the area."
His complaint went on to add that "as expected," Murley was "very embarrassed and humiliated."
Murley lawyer, Jerry McLaughlin, did not disclose the amount the customer is receiving.
He says that "there was a lot of money,"and that his client "was never interested in money." Murley says failed to file a lawsuit if officials of the TSA had only sent a letter of apology.
