Murley Lynsi today reveals that she won a solution of TSA after he allegedly exposed her breast and he laughed. Murley Lynsi had been subjected to a pat search by TSA at the airport in Corpus Christi in May 2008. During the stop, the TSA Lynsi Murley allegedly shot down blouse almost the waist. Travelers from around Lynsi saw her entire breast.
But the horror did not end there of course.
Murley is Lynsi suit claimed that after her blouse pulled down, the employees of the TSA did not apologize. Instead, Murley claims TSA employees around and even "laugh [ed] about the incident for an extended period of time."
And it would have been even more.
Murley said she was distressed by the matter, "comforted" by a friend immediately. But when Murley re-entered the line, another man says TSA employee approached her. What did the man say TSA employees? Murley said the male employee of TSA, said he was disappointed that she missed her blouse is pulled down. However, the male TSA employees allegedly then said "you only have to watch the video."
Murley defendant. His claim is based on negligence and intent to cause emotional distress. Today, Murley lawyer tells MSNBC that his client has an arrangement between the TSA. But he says the amount is "nominal." TSA does not comment on the report.
